Revamp your e-commerce ecosystem with Smile, a winning strategy

Since Smile launched its e-commerce offer more than 15 years ago, more than 200 projects went live for our customers.
From now on, we have more than 400 digital passionate working on the sales development of the ones who trusted us. Winning strategy! Several Smile's main customers have been recognized for their e-commerce platform in the 2020 e-commerce prize list made in April by the Statista Study Institute (global N°1 business data platform, expert in market study and creator of this prize list) for Capital.
3000 users were asked about their online experience. In the end, the 600 best e-commerce projects in various domains like sport, fashion, food, etc. (79 categories in total) were rewarded.
The main focus was given on ergonomics, site construction, purchasing & shipping process and technical performances.
Thus, 12 of our customers won a price including Snowleader who won the first place in the sport / outdoor category. This is the third time that Snowleader is recognized with the first place this time (12th in 2019) and a great 8/10 grade, better than Hardloop (7.9/10) and Campz (7.8/10). The human and user friendly atmosphere have been important, so as their capacity to "multiply events to create links with their customers".
